The Choice has served our temporary staffing needs for the past 20 years. Often times that temp is working in a position that we are trying to fill. We then work with The Choice to consider that candidate as a potential hire, using a temporary-to-hire model. This has worked exceptionally well for us as we staff our economic development non-profit with administrative professionals.
This model allows us to look at candidates in the exact environment in which we want to review people – “on the job.” We can count on The Choice to provide top-notch graduates from very good schools.
Approximately one third of our current staff came directly from The Choice, and we use them exclusively. Our membership director, their assistant, our receptionist, one of our meeting planners, my executive assistant, both of our marketing professionals, our director of education, our legislative director all came from the Choice.
