7 Habits training
The Choice Inc. has teamed with the SNVC Leadership Institute of Longwood University to afford our valued non-profit clients and their members access to the 7 Habits Training. This training can be conducted on our client’s site or at our Choice Initiatives Retreat Center in historic downtown Culpeper, Virginia. Our Culpeper facility is right next to the Amtrak Station which affords our clients an easy commute via Amtrak from Union Station in Washington, DC to the facility.
The vision of this training is to become an inspiring model that empowers individual, team and organizational greatness.
This training is offered to our non-profit clients as well as Federal Sector agencies. Clients of The Choice enjoy preferred rates to training sessions and access to The Choice retreat facilities at no cost. The Choice works hard to enhance our value proposition to the non-profit and Federal sectors through offering affordable programs in a wonderful retreat setting that fits your budget.

The Choice Initiatives Retreat Facilities
Located in historic downtown Culpeper, Virginia and only steps away from a convenient Amtrak trip from Union Station in Washington, DC, The Choice Initiatives Retreat Center houses facilities for our valued non-profit and Federal agency. Access to these facilities is at no cost for up to two two-day retreats per year. The Choice works with our clients for lodging and dinner accommodations. The Choice Initiatives Team Retreat Facility is yet another example of how The Choice truly partners with their valued clients while remaining focused on our core competency—recruiting and placing the highest caliber talent.

One of The Choice’s corporate values is to give back. In 2010, The Choice launched The Choice Initiative’s Small Business Incubator. This partnership affords The Choice a teaming relationship built on trust and mutual respect. The Choice Inc. values an educated workforce. Student internships are a valuable commodity in our labor force. The Choice works with non-profit clients in developing and implementing internship programs.
