Cheryl Marquis

President

Cheryl Marquis joined The Choice’s team over a decade ago and serves as the President of our operations. Cheryl knows the nation’s capital, having managed some of the largest staffing contracts in Washington, DC. Cheryl’s focus on quality recruiting has driven The Choice’s growth for over a decade.


Drew Hudson

CEO

Cheryl’s leadership style is complemented by the CEO of The Choice, Drew Hudson. Drew brings over two decades of government contracting experience to The Choice. His career brand leads the organization’s appreciation of Citizen Leaders as he values talent investing in organization mission and not just “working”.


Kate Brady Lyons

Vice President, Recruiting & Compliance

Kate Brady Lyons serves as our Vice President of Recruiting and Compliance. Kate’s eye for quality is unparalleled. Her calm demeanor, work ethic and intelligence contribute to her ability to play dual roles in The Choice’s organization. Her decade of experience and strong leadership make her a source of wisdom and guidance for both her fellow colleagues and her clients.


Tara Rickert

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Tara Rickert is entering her second decade of sharing her talents and time with The Choice. Tara leads our Finance and Administrative function, ensuring our clients and associates have zero issues with their financial interface with The Choice. Tara also manages our Federal, State and Local Contracts to ensure compliance to municipal and FAR regulations.



Allison Gierszewski

Senior Recruiter

Allison Gierszewski is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a background in business administration and hospitality management. After initially starting in Human Resources at The Choice, she has provided recruiting support to the team for the last two and a half years. Allison is a DC native and enjoys the opportunity to contribute her background in quality customer service towards connecting Washington, DC professionals.


Mary Kirsch

Recruiting Coordinator

Mary Kirsch is the newest addition to The Choice’s recruiting team.


London Doby, Jr.

HR/Payroll Coordinator

London Doby is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Sociology. With his strong background in customer service and operations, London handles all Human Resources dealings for The Choice. London assists all of our associates in matters of payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.


Ellen de Bremond

Director of Diversity

Ellen de Bremond is the Director of Diversity at The Choice. Ms. de Bremond brings over three decades of specialized experience working in equal employment opportunity (EEO) and broader compliance to the team.Ms. de Bremond’s experience includes fifteen years of experience as the President of a staffing firm serving Washington, Maryland and Virginia. In addition to her subject matter expertise in diversity issues, this extensive leadership provides clients with a wealth of business knowledge working to provide the best solutions.


Tracy Paquin

Chairwoman

Our Chairwoman, Tracy Paquin, began her career as a recruiter at The Choice in 1984. Her story is a true testament to the advancement of a career brand through becoming Vice President, Equity Owner, President, Majority Owner and now Chairwoman.
