Hire a Choice Associate!

The Choice’s core service is to provide its clients with the highest caliber talent in the Washington, DC metro area.

We facilitate hiring by utilizing one of the following approaches:

Temporary – The client calls The Choice to fill a need for staffing services on a temporary basis. The duration is flexible and the associate is employed by The Choice throughout the entire assignment.

Temporary to Hire – The Choice associate performs his/her job duties for the client while on The Choice’s payroll for 640 hours. At the end of this timeframe, the associate becomes an employee of the client with absolutely no liquidation fee.

Direct Hire – The Choice associate is hired directly by the client for a fee based on the associate’s first year’s salary.
