When will I hear back?
A recruiter will be in touch to discuss your application if there is a potential match. Due to high volume, we are unfortunately not able to respond individually to each individual application. All applications will remain under consideration in our database upon submission.
Could a temporary job turn into a permanent job?
Definitely! While it is not guaranteed, we have seen many of our temporary associates get hired in permanent positions. It is a great opportunity to show your professional strengths and get your foot in the door.
How quickly can I start if I am selected for a position?
Most of our temporary and temporary to hire roles start within a week or sooner.
How is The Choice different from other staffing agencies?
Our approach is highly personalized for every candidate. We work out of a beautiful brownstone in Dupont Circle, central to our clients and convenient to Metro. Candidates are not assigned to account managers, rather everyone is introduced to our collaborative recruiting team.
